– Companies
Sessions at a business location are certainly possible. Get in touch with me to discuss it.
– Conferencing app
Confidentiality and transmission quality are essential for a professional coaching session.

I use the free Zoom application, which I prefer because of its quality (better performance on low-speed lines, better duplex performance) and confidentiality (exchanges are private and encrypted).

I will send you a link before the first teleconference, which will automatically enable you to participate. We can also use Skype application on request, perhaps testing it prior to our first call to ensure transmission quality.

– Confidentiality
All our discussions during the sessions are strictly confidential, in accordance with International Coach Federation (ICF) charter, of which I am a member.

In the case of a three-party employer-employee-coach contract, I will not communicate with the employer without the explicit agreement of the employee, in accordance with the GTC of the contract.

– Interruption

No worries, you may interrupt or terminate your sessions at any time with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session.

– Languages
Sessions can be conducted in either English or French. German and Swiss-German are also possible.

– Length of a session
Sessions are limited to 1 hour – 1 hour and a half. The idea is to begin the session with a topic to cover, and end the session with a goal to achieve by the next meeting if possible.

The first session usually lasts a little longer, in order to be able to discuss the process and to answer all the questions you would like to ask to be completely at ease.

– Locations
Sessions are usually held via video conferencing, so you don’t have to travel..

Face-to-face meetings and on-site sessions are also possible  in various cities in Switzerland. Please get in touch with me for more information.

– Number of sessions

It of course depends on the problem and your objectves. 3 to 6 sessions may suffice for “classic” issues. A single session may be sufficient for simple cases or for a booster shot.

Good to know: there is not a minimum number of sessions. You can decide at any time to interrupt or discontinue the sessions.

– Topics discussed
Any subject can be addressed, the content of the sessions is confidential and I welcome your topics in a spirit of absolute non-judgment.
